My 3 year old granddaughter was having trouble with calming down for bedtime. I purchased the book over a month ago, and I was just talking to my daughter. She said they do the entire book and all the actions every night. It has really helped their evening routine; I"m sure the physical aspects help with the calming, but I also wonder if my granddaughter likes having control of the book and the actions as much as benefiting from the vestibular elements. We notice she has taken on the telling and is very engaged in how to act out each page. I am a retired 3rd grade teacher. I'm happy their bedtime routine is better, but I'm also happy they are "reading".

My Bed-Ready Body has transformed our bedtime routine. My daughter used to get restless and full of energy right before bed, but now, with the fun movements like "swinging like a sloth" and "building a cocoon," she calms down so much easier. The sensory activities help her body relax, and the clear instructions make it simple to follow along. She is actually "ready" for bed since we've been incorporating this book into the bedtime routine. It's made bedtime smoother for us both—highly recommend!
